Our New KBA 162a - With this new machine we have opened up a whole new world of print possibilities

Posters, Billboards and Stand Up Displays are among the many new products we are able to offer.

With our new press we are able to offer Full Colour in perfect register with Stochastic screening on finished sizes up to 1600mm x 1170mm! To give you some idea of how big the sheet is we can comfortably fit 25 A4s on a single page.

Extra products which we are working on will be announced later in the year. The best news is that the new press is built with best environmental practices in mind. It runs alcohol free and incorporates 'best of breed' efficient motors.

Whilst it has a much bigger production output than our existing B1 presses, it uses proportionally much less power. 

The press represents our biggest single investment to date and marks an exciting new era in our production capabilities.

Interesting facts.

Our new press is longer than two double decker buses, and weighs more than 38 elephants!

Whilst these huge sizes have been available before using screen print the speed and quality and economy we can achieve is nothing short of revolutionary!

The Paper stock which we are able to use for Large Leaflets is as follows:

• 150gm Triple Coated Gloss
• 150gm Triple Coated Silk
• 200gm Triple Coated Gloss
• 200gm Triple Coated Silk
• 280gm Triple Coated Gloss
• 280gm Triple Coated Silk

• A1 (840mm x 594mm)
• 8 Page A4 (840mm x 297mm)
• Poster (1000mm x 700mm)
• A0 (1188mm x 840mm)
• Large Poster (1350mm x 900mm)

• Jumbo Poster (1600mm x 1170mm)

We also have a minimum ordering quantity of just 100!
