Digital Printing - Full Colour and Black and White

Digital Black and White Printingis produced on our Canon IR105 Digital Press. As well as producing print of exceptional quality the IR105 is extremely fast and makes light work of the largest volumes.

Digital Colour Printing is produced on our HP Indigo Digital Press. the Indigo system is unique. Theliquid ink rather than toner. The printed sheets leave the press dry without the use of fusing heat and there is no oil residue on the printed sheets.

This reveloutionry technology produces exceptional results. The finished prints have the feel of Litho Printingrather than photocopies. There are no problems laminatingor escapalatingthe finshed print and no cracking of the print on fold lines. The machines are able to print on a wide range of paper weights.

With our new Digital Colour Presses our legendry vakues of economy, quality and reliability really have entered the Digital Print arena.

Using the machine as a low volume press does not exploit the main advantage Digital has over Litho. The fact is that every print the machine produces can be completely different from the print before and the print following. The market potential of fully personailsed documents is enormous.

We are at the vanguard of Personailsed Print technology. Finishing Options

We are able to udertake a range of finishing on our Digital Print. These include making small runs of Wire Stitched (stapled) and Perfect bound booklets, padding, perforating , laminating, encapsulation and hole punching. We would be pleased to provide a quotation if your specific requirements are not shown.

Please Note

With our Digtal Colour Press printing can extend to the very edges of the sheets of both A3 and A4 (Full Bleed). Our Digital Black and White machine has a white border of 10mm around the edges of both A3 and A4. If your requirement is for black and white to full bleed or on heavy material this woould need to be printed on the Digital Colour Press and would be priced accordingly.
